Hotel Cote Cour Beijing

This little boutique hotel in the heart of Beijing was such a peaceful, blissful place for us. When we arrived, Thomas greeted us with a bright smile, showed us around, then welcomed us in the dining area with fresh fruit and local pastries. He made us feel important and at home. He introduced us to Iris, who was so committed to making sure we had everything we needed. They went out of their way to help and made us feel like family. We’re grateful for their generous hospitality, and would love to return. Definitely recommend it!

The staff made our family’s stay especially good. Everyone was friendly, and the front desk and many other employees spoke English. They helped us call taxis and even prepaid for them. Breakfast was a lovely mix of Chinese and Western food, with Chinese soups (jian bing), buns and tea, plus cereal, yogurt, fruit, bread and jam. Everyone in our group was very happy with Hotel Cote Cour. Hotel Cote Cour has the feel of old Beijing, from the rooms and grounds to the whole setting. It’s within walking distance of some of the city’s best shopping and food, close to the Forbidden City, and makes it easy to take a day drip to see the Great Wall.

The courtyard was relaxing, and the rooms were clean. It’s a quiet, clean, modern boutique hotel in a central huting in Beijing. Mrs Zhang was especially helpful, and bicycles were available to use. Breakfast was nice, with Western and Chinese dishes. I’d definitely stay here again.

It’s a lovely old-style hutong with a beautiful garden. The staff were awesome and keen to help with anything. I’d definitely recommend it.
