Hotel Eclat Beijing

The service was excellent, with fresh fruit, afternoon tea, and other thoughtful details. Tonny at the front desk was especially helpful, attentive, and always cheerful. The rooms were spacious and elegant, with a massage chair that felt great after long days exploring Beijing. The whole place was relaxing but also inspiring, and the design made it feel like an art gallery, with beautiful details everywhere. I loved every part of my stay. It’s more than somewhere to sleep, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing.

The location, in an office and shopping mall area, makes it easy to shop or grab something to eat. Inside, the design feels like a museum, and the spacious rooms are very well equipped, even including a massage chair. The reception team is quick and caring when you need something. Breakfast was incredible, with a great buffet and included à la carte options. We couldn’t stop eating the Dim Sum. The breakfast staff were superb, especially Amber, who had already picked up our coffee and food preferences by our second visit. That made the stay feel special. Damon had learned when we were checking out, and someone was waiting for us when we left the room. Since we had an early start, they also prepared an amazing takeaway breakfast. The whole reception team was extraordinary. We’ll definitely stay at the Eclat again next time!

The room was clean and comfortable, and that massage chair was a great bonus after a long day. The hotel has some quirky, unusual design touches. Staff were warm and ready to help, and their English was better than I’d encountered in other Chinese cities, so it was easy to communicate. I had a good stay and would recommend it.

I stayed in the Grand Deluxe room with terrace and loved it. The artwork and little finishing touches were gorgeous, and I especially enjoyed the massage chair. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was delicious. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are very friendly, and I highly recommend staying here in Beijing.
