Once the shuttle was confirmed, it arrived almost right away and took five minutes to reach the hotel. Getting it arranged was the tricky part: they ask you to call, but we didn't have a Chinese SIM. The airport travel information desk called for us, though the number they had didn't work. It took a while to reach the hotel, but the number on its website was correct. The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, with free water available everywhere. The bed was comfortable, the blackout curtains worked well, and the bathroom and shower may have been the best we've used in a hotel. We didn't use the gym or laundry, but both looked well set up and were free. Staff didn't speak English, but they had translation devices and gave great service even when we arrived at 1 a.m. They walked us to the lifts so we wouldn't get lost. The 4 p.m. checkout was lovely too, there was no rush to get up and leave. Just right as a place to crash after a long travel day.

For an airport stay before a flight, this hotel offers good value for the quality. The rooms are spacious and clean, and having a washing machine and gym is handy. The shuttle picks you up and drops you off for free. Pick-up is at exit 2 on the airport's fourth floor, useful to know in advance. If you're heading to the city center, take the shuttle to the airport, then catch the airport express.

We came from the airport for the breakfast buffet, and the hotel was very nice and clean. There was a good variety of food, and service was fast. Highly recommended.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with plenty of local and Western choices, a good start to the holiday. The room was nice, and the service was great. Pickup from the airport was very convenient: call them and they came within a few minutes. Staff also helped us book a taxi at a good price because our phone couldn't download the app in China. It was good value, with nothing to complain about.

The free airport shuttle runs every half hour, and you just need to be there 10 minutes before it leaves. That made this a great choice for an overnight layover, especially since late check-in is possible. The room was spacious and very clean, with great air conditioning, and the price was affordable. The staff were lovely and friendly, and even gave me a gift for free. If I come back, I’ll stay here again.
