Kerry Hotel, Beijing

The hotel and residence are both highly recommended for a short visit or a longer stay. Having a medical clinic, dental clinic, kids’ soft play area, and mall in the building makes things really convenient. Great location, practical and comfortable.

The Adventure Zone was a highlight for my 7-year-old son. Staff were stationed around the kids’ club and kept him safe, and the place was clean and not crowded. We also had a great view of the CBD buildings, including the CCTV headquarters from our room. The location is perfect. We stayed at Kerry Hotel for two nights, January 26th to 28th, 2026. A manager’s welcome message and cookies in the room made us feel valued, and they prepared a breakfast box for our 5:00 AM checkout. The concierge spoke excellent English and helped us get a taxi and understand how to get back, which made our Sanlitun trip enjoyable. A special thanks to the doorman on duty Jan 27th around 5pm. I had an internet problem and couldn’t use Alipay, and only had a 100 RMB note. He quickly worked out what was happening and changed it into smaller bills so I could pay the taxi driver without any trouble. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Every staff member seemed to be doing their best to look after guests. I’ll choose Kerry Hotel again when I next visit Beijing, and I highly recommend it. For anyone from Korea looking for a hotel in the CBD area, I strongly recommend this one. There’s a reason the reviews are so good. I paid for my own stay and chose it after reading reviews too. The staff are really kind and the facilities are good. It’s hard to find this location, facilities, and service at this price. Highly recommended! haha

The club room is such a treat, and the hotel is stunning. Food was delicious, service excellent, and great value for money.

The breakfast buffet had delicious choices for pretty much every culture, and my room service meals were very good too. I had a little trouble communicating in English when I called room service, but both times the attendant found someone to help. That felt attentive rather than something to complain about. I also used the laundry service, and my clothes came back looking brand new, either wrapped or on hangers. My standard room was high end, quiet, and comfortable. I’d highly recommend the hotel. Thanks for the hospitality, and I hope to return.
