We had a great stay here. The staff were courteous, and our room was clean. The hotel has plenty of open space where kids can play, and you can even catch a glimpse of the wall. It's especially convenient for Mutianyu Great Wall, since the rooms are right across from the cable car ticket counter. We could take our time there without rushing. The restaurant made vegetarian meals when we asked, and the food was good and very cheap. Great value for the price.

We had trouble using the DIDI app because it kept switching to Chinese, which we couldn't read. Manager Adam Jhang patiently sorted it out for us. When it was time to leave, he came down himself and took a long time explaining everything to the driver so we'd be comfortable. My husband and I are non-Chinese tourists, and this kindness made a real difference to our Great Wall trip. We can't thank him enough. Adam is a gem and a great asset to the hotel, and we'll remember his thoughtful help.

We weren't staying there, but they helped us anyway. As tourists, we couldn't get tickets for the wall, so we asked for help. They drove us to an ATM and bought the tickets for us. Thank you!
