My family loved the DIY cotton candy session. The staff set everything up, and the kids had such a good time. They also serve meals any time until 10pm, which was really convenient after a long day out. At checkout they gave us a small gift, such a sweet touch. The beautiful, peaceful courtyard gave us an authentic Beijing stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly and ready to help, and we felt completely at home. The hospitality was superb. I'd recommend this place to families and anyone looking for that kind of care. We'd definitely come back.

We've travelled all over, and China was the 60th country we've visited. Your Hutong hotel was easily the best accommodation and service we've had on any of those trips. From the start, we felt your kindness and friendly welcome. The traditional Hutong rooms were unbelievable, with attention to detail and very modern facilities. We loved the afternoon teas and the special dumplings for the winter solstice. You went out of your way to pack lunches for our early starts, bring hot milk at bedtime, and give us tea and cups as a parting gift. Your message checking we'd arrived at our next destination was so thoughtful. Thanks for finding fish food so I could feed the goldfish in our room, too. A calm, modern Chinese feel runs through the hotel. The room was spotless, and the bed was especially comfortable. I also appreciated the fully automatic toilet and Dyson hair dryer. The staff were attentive, and the daily afternoon tea made the stay feel impressive.

We could walk to Wangfujing shopping street in about 10-20 minutes, with a few shops closer by. This little boutique hotel sits on a peaceful hutong street, and the staff were genuinely eager to help. The rooms and bathrooms felt clean and modern. There’s an AI system for the lights and curtains, but it requires Mandarin; fortunately, there are manual controls too. After checking in around 3 pm, we were given fresh fruit, noodles, wonton soup, and dessert. That tea service is available all day, and breakfast the next morning was just as good. A really pleasant place for our last night in Beijing.
