The staff were very polite and helpful. At checkout, the chambermaid noticed I had a lot of luggage and offered to wheel two bags to the lift, even though I told her it was okay. Our room did have two problems. The mirror had been damaged by previous guests, and management hadn't noticed or bothered to replace it. The third bed was extremely hard, so on our last night I shared the twin beds with my two family members instead. We didn't bother calling housekeeping.
