We slept so well here. The beds were comfortable enough that we didn't want to leave the room, and our suite had a separate living area and a fantastic view. The hotel felt new and modern, and the location was great. The staff were incredibly thoughtful. They even gave us a whole cake, and it was delicious. Breakfast had an excellent range of food, including the usual noodle station. The executive lounge doesn't serve breakfast, but its tea-time treats were lovely and the dinner spread was nice. I'd definitely stay at Hilton Changsha again if we come back. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

The location is great, and the city view from the room was magnificent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. My only issue was the shower. Water leaked out no matter how carefully I shut the door, soaking the bath mat. I had to use my towel to dry the floor outside the shower.

The rooms were very spacious, and the location was pretty good, closer to the Yuelu area and just a quick ride from the other side. Breakfast was disappointing, though. It gets crowded fast, and when I went to get more food, the servers ignored the card showing my table was occupied and cleared it.
