Changzhou Marriott Hotel

It's an easy walk to markets and bars, and the location works well. The hotel feels modern, the room setup is impressive, and both the breakfast and service were fantastic. I didn't try the gym or pool, though they looked quite good. I'd recommend it.

The lounge is spacious and comfortable, and the afternoon tea has a better variety than most. Evening food there is mediocre and barely warm, though the drinks are nice and it's still a pleasant place to sit. Sara and Ella, the lounge managers, are super sweet. The pool is kind of sad, and the onsite Italian restaurant is incredibly overpriced. From the hotel, turn right, cross one street, and go two doors past the 7-11 for delicious dumplings. A plate with a soda costs about 2.50 euro. The internet worked much better than I've had at any other hotel in China when I signed in with Wechat. There aren't any English TV channels, not even CNN or BBC International. The building is very pretty, with wonderful views. It's in a good spot, an easy enough walk to eateries, a mall, the local museum, and more. Inside, the style is a bit dated and over the top, but it's clean and comfortable.

I've stayed at this Hotel before and like it a lot. The staff are helpful and nice, and a special thanks to Mrs. Ella Ricky. My room was large, with a beautiful city view, and had everything needed for a good rest. The accommodation and service are perfect. There's a wide, tasty food selection, and a pool and gym are available. I highly recommend it.

I was on the 42nd floor and the view was very good. The location is good, right in central Changzhou. The room is nicely decorated for the low price, and breakfast has lots of choices.
