Rayfont Hotel Chengou

The train station location worked well for my trip to Jiuzhaigou, and Rayfont Hotel did the job for that short stay. The room was decent, but the lighting was poor and made it feel too dim. Front desk service varied, and the concierge seemed impatient when I asked questions. It's functional if being near the station is your main concern, though the service and room amenities could be better.

The room was large with plenty of amenities, and there were lots of plug points, including one by the bed. The hotel is right across from Chengdu East Railway Station East Square. Breakfast was neither bad nor good, just OK, but the price still made the stay worthwhile. They checked me in at 940 am because my room was ready, which was excellent. For some reason, DiDi or taxis can't pick up at the entrance, so you have to go to the pickup point on the main road next to Chengdu East Railway Station.

Conveniently close to Chengdu east railway station, with restaurants and shops right beside the hotel. The room was good too, and it was worth staying here. 🤟

The hotel is roughly a 10-minute walk from Chengdu East station, and there are shops within the complex. The room was a good size, though it had too many chairs. Its sister hotel offers free luggage storage, a sink, and an induction plate. There's also a pool and gum, but they cost extra. Getting there from the station late at night is another matter. After 1030pm, the level 1 lifts on the west side are all closed, so there's no way to reach this hotel on level 3 of the east side. Taxis and Didi rides both pick up in the basement of the station complex.
