The staff said we were the only guests in the hotel that night. For a place meant to meet five-star standards, that was hard to square with what followed: the floor heating didn't work, Wi-Fi was weak, and the toilets were either dry or leaking and smelled awful all day. I called the front desk, but nobody picked up, so I spent the night cold. The worst five-star hotel I've stayed at. Stay at your own risk!
