The room was spacious and comfortable, and getting around from this location was easy. We spent three days at the Hidden House and had a great time. Since my partner and I are both very sensitive to smells in unfamiliar places, I especially appreciated how fresh and pleasant the hotel smelled. The staff were super friendly too.

The receptionist made the stay especially enjoyable. She was so welcoming and helpful, and even mailed our umbrella back home after we checked out. The room was spotless, with real flowers and plants, and takeout could be delivered by robot for extra privacy. We stayed at the Hidden Abode near People's Park, where the reception area and courtyard had a distinctive, poetic look. A lovely stay.

The bed was really comfortable, and we also had a foot bath. The counter staff were friendly, and we were very happy with our stay. We booked the Wenshuyuan branch on Chunxi Road in Chengdu. It was about 10-15 minutes from Wenshuyuan and near the subway, so getting around was convenient.

The front desk service was excellent. Everyone was professional and enthusiastic, and DouDou stood out in particular.
