The snow is lovely, though that has nothing to do with the hotel. Inside, things were rough: we had to bring plenty of snacks because the food was barely edible. The heating was turned almost all the way down after 9 p.m., despite it being winter and snowing. Hot water wasn't available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and outside those hours it was only warm. The bathroom light also shut itself off after about ten minutes, even while someone was showering or using the bathroom. I had to have a family member nearby to switch it back on when I shouted.

We checked in on December 16, 2025, before snow had reached the hotel or the empty field out front. There was snow up top when we rode the cable car. Our room was clean, in good shape, and good value, with the nice view shown in the pictures. They supplied an extra mattress and snow gear. The hotel is right by the bus stop, and the playground with lots of toys is just 50 meters away. Staff knew enough English for us to communicate, and there are places nearby for food, drinks, and coffee.

We stayed March 4th to 8th and would come back. The hotel is close to the Xiling Peak cable car, has heated floors, and a really good restaurant.
