Inn Fine Hotel

I stayed for five months and am looking forward to coming back. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and always helped me translate or find what I needed around town. The reception team was polite and helpful, with plenty of employees seeming ready to assist. Thank you, Inn Fine, and especially Miranda and James (Concierge)!!!!

In Jinzhou distinct, about an hour from downtown Dalian, this clean hotel was a pleasant surprise. The service was excellent and always came with a smile. The internet was quite fast, especially for a hotel outside a tier 1 city.

The small kitchen came in handy, and shopping was easy: there’s a market around the corner with lots of western brands, plus a tiny one across the street for basics before a trip to Tesco a few blocks away. The kitchen could use more dishes, though. There was no silverware, just chopsticks, so we borrowed some from the breakfast area. I spent three weeks here while my husband was on a work project, and the staff were patient and helpful. I’d write down a place I wanted to visit in English, and they’d write it in Chinese and explain it to the taxi driver. I really liked the room and the people working there. The beds were very firm, though I got used to them. The bigger issue was the poor wifi. I found a nearby coffee shop on Panjin road with great wifi and used it almost every day, so it seems the hotel just needs better equipment. We’ll be back in Dalian, but since I work on my laptop, the wifi gives me pause about staying here again.

The breakfast was quite good, though the room wasn’t as nice as what you get at nearby hotels.
