Dinner was a highlight for me, with excellent choices and a great wine selection. The hotel was also very clean, and the staff paid close attention to things. It's been one of the best places I've stayed in during trips to Foshan. My only reason for giving four stars is breakfast: the selection is thoughtful and the food is good, but I miss having fresh bread. The baguette can be dry, and some fresh bakery options, especially for Western guests, would improve the experience. With that small change, this would be a five-star-plus stay. I'd recommend it.

I've stayed here on my trips to Foshan for several years, and it's always been a good experience. What meant the most was how the team handled an emergency: I was already at the airport, about to fly back to Sydney, when I realized I'd left my wallet in my room. They acted right away and understood how urgent it was. I'm really grateful to everyone, especially Mick Guo, who was incredibly helpful. Thank you!

Gabriel deserves a big shout out. He's the most helpful and professional hotel staff member I've met in China. The place is well managed, the gym is nice, and breakfast is superb. The facilities feel limited, though. There's no pool, which makes me wonder why it's still called five stars. Also, kids are allowed to play inside the gym, and that was annoying and dangerous, with things getting messed up. A kids' room or play area could help prevent that.

The decor was beautiful and the service was amazing. We ate in a private room, and I think this may be a private club. The food was decent too. One of the nicest hotels I've visited.
