Easeland hotel is a 4-star. I was there for five days for a conference. Most staff didn’t speak English, but they were very polite and did their best to help. Manager JAYD was amazingly supportive, spoke English fluently, and went the extra mile to sort out our situation. The food was very good throughout. Conference refreshments were great, the grand dinner was scrumptious, and every morning there was a huge buffet with lots of delicious choices. I also enjoyed seeing the delivery robot bringing food to rooms, and the robots in the restaurant were interesting too. The location is a bit far from both the center and the airport, but it was a very good experience.

I was here for three days in 2015 for the 14th Asian University Presidents' Forum (AUPF), an international conference. The food was excellent and the people were courteous. Service was excellent too, though the language barrier made it a little hard to explain what I wanted. If you’re visiting the university, I’d highly recommend staying here for a while, since it’s convenient to walk to almost every part of campus.
