I found the room very clean and well equipped, with a good TV system and automated curtains and lights. There was also a laundry room and gym. You can hear planes taking off because it's close to the airport, but the noise was quite muffled. They even left earplugs in case it bothered you. It didn't bother me, and I tuned it out easily. The front desk staff were friendly, check-in went smoothly, and they spoke English. There's a free shuttle to and from the airport. I'd definitely come back.

The food was delicious, and there was a shuttle bus. They made me feel welcome, and a room was free if you had an Aussie passport. Language was a problem, so everyone used a translator.

Pretty decent, honestly. The rooms are clean and nice, though the walls are a little thin. KFC, Luckin and Lawson are just around the corner, so you're sorted for food and drinks.

For Terminal 2, the shuttle bus pickup is at gate 46. At Terminal 1, it's at gate 13 on the departure floor, the 3rd floor. This information is current as of July 14th 2025. Let the hotel know when you arrive and their shuttle microbus will pick you up.
