I paid online for a 10-night Hilton stay, and they charged a two-night deposit in advance. When I arrived and paid with another card, the hotel charged the full price again, including those same two nights. Staff confirmed the deposit had been charged twice and said they would refund it, but after more than 13 days, I still hadn't received anything. My messages and follow-ups have gone unanswered. That's unacceptable service from a brand like Hilton, and the whole experience was extremely disappointing. I wouldn't recommend staying unless you keep a close eye on the payments.

The food was high quality and the staff were commendable. There’s also an appealing outdoor bar and dining area. The place is in an excellent, easy-to-reach spot in China.

The area looked sketchy, and the staff were rude. They rushed to clear away the buffet breakfast and told us to order from the menu instead. There’s construction at the hotel, and it’s so loud you won't be able to sleep after 8AM. A really negative experience.

We visited from 27 February 2024 to 2 March 2024. There was a LaFerrari parked right in the hotel lobby during our stay! The hotel itself was as advertised, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great breakfast. The location was the downside, though: it’s quite far from most attractions and from the nearest metro station.

The hotel was nice, but our room had such an ugly view that I didn't even want to open the curtains. If you can, stay away from the city view. It was really bad.
