Lucy at the front desk was especially attentive. After I'd checked out and was already on my business trip, she contacted me to let me know I'd left my adapter in the room. I really appreciated her professionalism. I also got a pleasant upgrade to a larger room through my IHG Platinum membership. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast had a decent selection, and the price was reasonable. Overall, a very good hotel with excellent service and well-trained, hospitable staff.

We were traveling with elderly family members and a small child, and the team was responsive, helpful, and proactive from before we arrived through our stay. They made our late-night arrival easy and stress-free, and gave us a useful local shopping tip during our return stay. We had worried at first because the Google rating was only 3 stars, but our experience was much better than expected. The room was standard and comfortable, just what we needed for an airport stay near Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. Our first room had a slight cigarette smell, but staff changed it right away when we asked. We know that in China it's still possible to come across a room with some cigarette smell, so we really appreciated how quickly and smoothly they handled it. If you need a convenient airport hotel with caring, reliable staff, I'd definitely recommend it.
