We booked five rooms for 24/01/26 to 29/0/26 and had a pleasant stay at Guangzhou Landmark Hotel. The rooms and shared areas were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The male staff member who checked us in around 2 pm on 24/01/26 was friendly and efficient, and the housekeeping lady looking after rooms 2709, 2710, and 2711 kept them spotless. A special thanks to Guest Service Manager Ms Fu Dongdong Candy Fu Dongdong. She handled an airport taxi issue proactively and helped us book a reliable nine seater van with a polite driver for our return transfer. Her professionalism and care were a real asset to the hotel. The only downside was renovation work in the convention hall, which caused noise from early morning until night. We were very pleased with the service and cleanliness, and would gladly recommend the hotel.

Uncle Tony, one of the hotel's security staff, helped us enormously when my mom left her wallet in a taxi after shopping in Guangzhou. We stayed March 3-6 in rooms 2401 and 2412, and since we don't speak Chinese, we were worried about getting it back. Uncle Tony spoke excellent English and quickly contacted the taxi company to track down the driver. His kindness and quick action got the wallet back and made a stressful situation much easier for our family. The room was very comfortable and convenient as well. Thanks to this experience, we'd happily stay again and recommend the hotel. Thank you, Tony!

The business suite was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable little area for living or working. We also had amazing views, including Canton Tower from the window. The location worked well: Haizhu Plaza is right next door, so downstairs doesn't get too hectic, Beijing Lu is a seven minute walk away, and the Metro is two minutes away. Staff were happy to answer questions, and reception handled Taobao parcels through a whole signing and receiving system. They even helped ship some parcels after we'd left. Patrick was especially helpful over email. It was a bit pricey, but I'd definitely return.

The room we booked was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a classic style hotel, which is nice if that's what you like. One thing to watch if booking through Agoda: the room photos may not match the actual room. I had to point this out to staff, since the photos on Agoda hadn't been updated.
