CITA from the lobby team was so helpful and nice, and the customer service was great throughout our seven-night stay. The hotel also has a good breakfast and gym. Thanks for taking such good care of us. We’d come back next year.

The room was large and made with quality materials, and I’m fine with the location since you can order things to the Meituan lockers. But it’s been poorly maintained, so the place feels worn and moldy. The moldy air was a dealbreaker for me.

Breakfast could use a few more choices, especially for a hotel at this level. Still, I had a wonderful stay at Langham Palace Guangzhou. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Getting around the city was easy from this convenient location. I’d gladly recommend it and return.

The team’s care is what made our stay at Langham Place Guangzhou so memorable. Even in the sweltering heat, Xavier was constantly hurrying around to help guests with a sincere, warm attitude. Jacky, Liam, and Huang Danhao were also professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Everyone on the front team was smiling and welcoming. Cita helped us many times with calls and bookings, even using his own number to make things easier. Doris at the concierge was thoughtful and made everything feel easy. The staff were proactive, and the whole place had a lovely feel. Our room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable. I even ended up liking the shower gel, and the Laifen hairdryer was a nice surprise. Phone requests were handled promptly and the amenities were excellent. We also thought the little robot that brings takeaways was adorable. We left feeling very well looked after. I’d recommend Langham Place Guangzhou, especially to business travelers looking for comfort and kind service. It’s also very close to Canton Fair Complex, which works well for conferences and exhibitions.
