The reception staff were very sly. On our first day they nearly charged us 20,000 yuan for six rooms, and they showed no discretion. Our rooms weren’t ready at check-in, and when we decided to leave early, they also tried not to refund the room fee. The cleanliness was awful. The floor was wet when I entered, the room was dirty and messy, and the bathroom looked as if it had never been cleaned. We told the hotel, but the sheets still weren’t changed the next day. After cleaning, all the garbage was still there, including rubbish left by previous guests. The room looked like a crime scene. My family and I were itching and had to move to another hotel. Definitely not worth it. There was a cigarette and garbage smell by the elevator for all three days. The hallways were dirty and wet too. The hotel shown in the example pictures and the real place felt like heaven and hell.

I like this hotel a lot, and the updated rooms are great. Still, the TV is tilted and there’s mold on the walls. Having a 24/7 KFC is a plus. With so few options in this area, I’d highly recommend it.

The staff were pleasant and the metro is nearby. It’s in the city center, close to amenities, but breakfast ends at 9:30 am. There’s no restaurant in the hotel, and the rooms feel a bit cramped, especially with large suitcases.
