My experience with the security guard at RUIFENG Hotel was awful. He took me by motorcycle for passport verification, but kept stopping, leaving me on the road, and telling me to walk or run. He was rude and unprofessional, and it felt like he was doing it on purpose and enjoying it. It was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel that should make guests feel comfortable and safe.

I booked two rooms for four nights for my family and paid in advance through trip.com, based on the good reviews. Another friend joined them and asked to come along. Instead of explaining there’d be an extra charge or another room was needed, reception refused to let my family into their rooms and threatened to call the police. They arrived at night, tired, and were kept out for at least an hour. No further explanation was given, and their passports weren’t returned after check-in. We still don’t know why they were treated so harshly. We haven’t received an apology or explanation.
