The staff were fantastic, and nothing seemed too difficult for them. Huang Jiahui - Lucas and Xie Fucheng- Abner deserve a special mention for helping me so much. The front-desk women were amazing too, and the cleaners did a wonderful job at short notice. The rooms were great, and the hotel breakfast was very good. The location worked well for seeing different parts of the city. I'll stay here again.

The room was decent, and the hotel was close to local attractions. The front desk staff were pleasant and attentive during my October 2024 stay. After checking out, though, I realized I’d left some clothes in the closet. The hotel said they could send them to me when I called, but I never heard back and couldn’t reach anyone by phone or email. Expedia, where I’d booked, didn’t respond either. I’m posting here in the hope the hotel sees this and can help arrange for my things to be returned. I’d really appreciate a reply.

The hotel itself was great for the price, with really good amenities. But if you have a nut allergy, don’t eat the hotel breakfast. I told the waiters and chefs in both Cantonese and Mandarin each morning that I was anaphylactic to nuts. They reassured me there was no peanut oil and pointed out dishes they said were nut-free. I still had an anaphylactic reaction to the meal shown in my photo. My family rushed me to the hospital. The staff didn’t help, apologize, offer reimbursement, or acknowledge any fault or change in practice afterward. Nothing. Maybe that’s par for the course in Guangzhou, but be careful and advocate strongly for yourself.

I was shocked and disappointed by how Ms. Chen in the Reservations Department spoke to me. Her attitude was extremely rude, and some of her remarks were inappropriate. I hope the establishment takes customer service seriously and investigates what happened, including taking appropriate action regarding this staff member.

I was in Guangzhou with a colleague for the Canton Fair, and we had a great stay here. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were a huge help.
