One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Our room was still unclean just three hours before check-in, and the front desk staff had a rude, unprofessional manner. They left us waiting without an answer until we couldn't take it anymore and accepted the room as it was, still dirty. For what guests pay, this service isn't fair and honestly feels close to a scam. I strongly urge management to review its service standards and train the staff.

One of the third-class hotels in zhangzou. He took the full payment from me for six days, but wouldn't give me a room because the policy had changed and he said I needed an invitation. Otherwise, he wouldn't let me have the room.

The main draw for me was how close the hotel is to the mobile accessories markets NANFANDASHA AND NEW ASIA. That made it easy for mobile accessories wholesalers to get around the market. Two-bed rooms start at 230RMB, and for that affordable price the location and a comfortable stay with basic amenities were good value. If you're after something upscale or lots of facilities, look elsewhere. My room had a comfortable bed, private bathroom, TV, and air conditioning. It was furnished well enough, though there were no luxury touches, and it stayed well maintained during my visit. The hotel's general cleanliness was acceptable, but the lobby and hallways could use more attention. Staff were usually polite, helpful, and responsive when I had questions or requests. Their English seemed limited at times, though they did try to help. Being right by the market also means noise can be an issue at busy times. If that bothers you, ask for a room higher up or away from the street.
