We arrived to find our reservation cancelled, even though we had booked ahead and paid in advance. The staff gave us the bad news but did little to help us find somewhere else, leaving us stranded. If you're visiting China for the first time, I'd skip Yile Hotel and find a place that treats its customers better.

It's clean, with a decent-sized room and space for an extra bed, though it feels more like a basic two-star hotel. The area isn't very touristy yet, and the nearby walking street has local prices and plenty of variety. The staff didn't seem to know they should collect the tins for room cleaning, and kept giving our money back. You see that kind of innocent local behavior away from the tourist spots where pickpockets are common.

The hotel is in the middle of the business area, and the customer service is very helpful. It's very good for an affordable price.

Could you tell me if you have a room for two adults from October 24 to 31, 2023? Please let me know the price. I'm contacting you from Bangladesh.
