The rooms are starting to look a little worn around the edges, though the rustic feel can be part of the experience. I liked that the area feels more rural while still being walkable and easy to get around by DiDi. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and really tried to speak English with everyone. It's nice to answer back with a few words in Chinese, too. Breakfast had a decent menu to choose from. I just wish they'd offered more than one drink and let us choose a piece of fruit ourselves. We also tried Amy’s on the Li restaurant for dinner. It serves local and Chinese staples in a fairly Westernised style, plus some familiar Italian dishes. It's a bit pricier than eating in town, but worth a try.

The rooms really could have been cleaned better. We wrote the date in the dust on arrival, and it was still there when we left. Still, we had a good time, and the food and location were great, so it felt like a 5/5 stay.

The hotel is so peaceful, right in front of Li River, and the path along the river to West Street is beautiful. I stayed for my birthday, and every member of staff was AMAZING. They were always helpful whenever I needed anything and made sure I had a good stay. I tried the hotel food too, and it was very good. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Yangshuo.

We all loved our stay as a small family. The apartment was a really good standard, and the view from our bedroom was amazing. Food was great, especially breakfast. It's a quiet spot surrounded by nature, and our 1.5-year-old enjoyed playing in the pool and going down the slide. Thanks a lot!

A lovely boutique hotel with friendly service, excellent food, and a beautiful view. A good choice for anyone wanting to get away from China's busy areas for a day or two.
