I was in a real rush because my trip.com driver never showed up. A guy at reception was incredibly kind and helpful, ordering me a taxi and a bottle of water. I didn’t stay the night, but the service and people were great!

At breakfast, Shui Yan was courteous and pleasant. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and the service felt high quality. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the receptionist kindly extended my late checkout to 2pm when I asked for time to finish work in my room. My first stay at the Atour hotel chain in Yangshou was a good experience. Thank you, and keep up the excellent work. Room 610 28/12/24

The free laundry on the top floor was a really nice touch. You put your toilet paper in the washing machine, take it to your room, and when the dryer is done they bring it back to you. This is a fantastic, brand-new hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, with great views, and the bathroom is spacious and well appointed. The hairdryer is excellent, too.
