My wife and I stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the buffet dinners and breakfasts. The hotel staff were very hospitable despite the language barrier. I'd stay at Kempinski again next time I'm in Guiyang.

Taken from my room windows. The room itself was spacious and clean.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Guiyang. The rooms have recently been renovated, they're roomy, and you can get a non-smoking one. I also liked the comfortable first-floor lounge and its very friendly staff.

The check-in and check-out were easy, and getting in and out through the spacious lobby was simple. I loved the gold and cherry wood interior, which felt luxurious, bright, and welcoming. The service was excellent, and my room was very clean and stocked with all the toiletries I needed. The comfy slippers were a nice touch. My pick for the best five-star hotel in Guiyang.

My room was huge and comfortable, with superb facilities. Selena Wang was especially cheerful and went out of her way to get my payment apps working properly. She made the stay memorable.
