We arrived at 8:45 pm for the two nights we'd booked and discovered the hotel had canceled our room without telling us. They'd sent a text and made a missed call at 8:15, but we were driving, so neither reached us. At the desk, the staff were patronizing and just kept repeating platitudes. Canceling a booking because a customer doesn't answer the phone isn't normal business practice. We had to find somewhere else at the last minute with two young kids getting more and more tired and unhappy. Very inconvenient. Avoid it if you can, and book at your own risk.

I liked the place, but the buffet wasn't very good. There were only a few tables, so we had to wait a long time for a seat.
