The boat trip was a memorable way to see Hangzhou's waterways, and it takes you to Xixi National Wetland Park. I also loved how the MUH SHOOU XIXI HOTEL's architecture sits within its natural surroundings, mixing modern elegance with traditional character. The rooms and public spaces carry that same thoughtful design. I found the staff warm and professional, attentive without hovering, and happy to help or share local suggestions. The meals were a highlight too, with varied choices and dishes that brought local ingredients together with inventive cooking. From arrival onward, the service and setting made this stay at the MUH SHOOU XIXI HOTEL in Hangzhou a memorable one. It does a great job combining comfort, luxury, and a sense of local character, and I'd recommend it.

I let them know it was my birthday, and they surprised me with a cake and helped me get into my room quickly. Their language skills were excellent. The service was honestly great.

The rooms have daybeds and balconies with scenic views, and they were clean and well cared for. Their design blends naturally into the wetland surroundings. There are landscaped areas around the property, along with private dining rooms that work for one person, groups, or gatherings of up to 30. Electric shuttle buses provide access, and hot tea is always available on cold days. The accommodations are arranged in four buildings, with three units on each floor, each facing one of the four lake views. The quality is high, and the staff, both men and women, are good-looking and explain things clearly.
