Nathan Hotel

Breakfast was the weak point for us. There wasn't much to choose from, it felt hurried, and the room had the atmosphere of a large tour group banquet. The breakfast staff seemed rather indifferent. The rest of the team were courteous and made us feel welcome. We stayed as a family of three in December 2025. The location was great, with the metro within walking distance and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Our room was tidy, and housekeeping did a spot-on job.

McDonald’s, Starbucks, and plenty of other places are right outside, and the bus stop is only steps away. Getting around was easy. We had no problems at all during our stay, and everything from the room to the service felt flawless. We were pleasantly surprised with an early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade. The room was extremely clean. A 10/10 for us, we loved the stay.

We had six large suitcases at checkout, and the staff kindly arranged a taxi to the Airport for us. They were friendly and so helpful throughout. We were upgraded both times we've stayed, and the rooms were lovely. This was our second stay at Nathan Hotel, and both visits went great. It's well placed for markets and lots of food options, with public transport easy to reach. We'll choose Nathan Hotel again when we're in Hong Kong. Thanks, team :)

The breakfast buffet was the main letdown, since the choices stayed the same each day. Housekeeping also felt a bit rushed. The attendant asked to clean while I was still in the room, then forgot to replace the cotton pads we'd used. Service and breakfast could be more consistent. We stayed three nights in a clean, comfortable family room that fit all four of us well, with one single bed and two twin beds. The location is hard to beat, close to the train station and bus stops, and an easy walk to Temple Street Night Market and various eateries.
