There’s plenty to do around the property, so it works well for a family trip. The staff also seemed much more professional than what I usually see in China. Two people can use the hot springs as much as they like for an extra 100 yuan. The buffet dinner was only average, though at 160 yuan per member it felt like good value.

The grounds feel open and the air is fresh, even though there are fewer hot spring pools than at other hotels. I liked the colorful D-floor area, and the cartoon lights along the road look nice at night. New buildings are going up for sale to Hong Kong residents. I saw an ad in the newspaper recently, but the place is quite far away.

The "National Medical Hot Springs" are the highlight, with lovely surroundings, very good water, and great service. For what it costs, the hotel itself is quite good too.
