Very good value, and the offer description was accurate. We stayed on the 6th floor. The room, bedding, and towels were clean, with no dirt or insects. The receptionist was incredibly nice: she walked us to the room, since the desk is on the 16th Floor, showed us around, lent us an adapter, and suggested a good breakfast spot. After checkout, we could leave our luggage for free, wait for a taxi, charge our phones, and use the bathroom. As other reviews mention, the lift wait was about 20 minutes, so factor that into your plans. A very good option if you want an affordable place in a good location.

Worst stay ever. The room was small and smelly, and loud water dripping from the ACs on the floors above kept us from sleeping well. We paid through booking.com, where taxes were meant to be included, but they still demanded another 33HKD as hotel tax. The receptionist was quite intrusive. They asked for my phone and added 5⭐️ reviews for the hotel.

The location is good, close to bus stops and the MTR, in the middle of shopping areas. Convenience stores are within walking distance, and there’s a jollibee across the street on Nathan road and tsim sham tsui. We weren’t given the accommodation I booked and paid for. The building has different accommodations on each floor. We were first assigned a room on the thirteenth floor, but I had to ask to switch because it was so tiny my son and I couldn’t move around. We got the sixth floor instead. That floor was okay, though don’t expect much from the surroundings. The thirteenth-floor building area was very dirty. There was no TV to watch. It was just for display, with no working channels, and my son was disappointed because he wanted to watch something. I was told the extra charge was 21 HKD, but onsite I was asked for 105HKD, five times what booking.com had told me. They said it was a service charge. I didn’t argue because I didn’t want more stress and just needed time to relax away from work. Don’t use booking.com, it didn’t help us at all.

Clean, with a good room. The hotel is in ChungKing Mansion, right in the center of HongKong Tsim Sha Tsui, with most places and the metro very close by.
