I'd booked five nights and told them I'd arrive late. When I checked in, they said there was no room for me and that I had to come back the next day, even though I'd paid for that night. We tried to work something out, and I ended up sleeping in a staff member's room. The next day I finally got a room, or so I thought, because they moved me again before the day was over. The room was extremely small, with the bed right by the entrance. The toilet area had no door, just a shower curtain, so shower water spilled into the room. Room service was poor, and it was hard to find staff since there was no lobby or reception desk. The staff also couldn't understand English well.

The room was cramped, with barely enough floor space to open two suitcases at once. Its tiny window faced a concrete wall, so there was no natural light. The bathroom was grubby, and we went out to buy our own bedding. The owner wasn't very friendly or helpful, and was hard to find when we arrived. It was cheap, but still fell short of what I expected. I've travelled extensively on a budget, so I wasn't expecting much.

There wasn't even a hotel sign on the building, and when I got to the floor, the entrance was blocked. The hallway reeked of stale cigarette smoke and made me feel dizzy. I rang the bell, but the manager never came out or answered my phone. This place is worse than a motel. Don't stay here. It deserves one star.

I paid in advance through trip.com. When I arrived, I called the property and scanned its WeChat QR code, but nobody answered, even after 10 calls. Please remove this property from your listing. It was a terrible experience, and I didn't get a refund.
