Burlington Hotel

Daniel made a real difference during our stay. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, and looked after what we needed. The hotel is clean, modern, and thoughtfully laid out, so the stay felt easy in a busy city. Getting around Hong Kong is straightforward from here, whether on foot, by public transport, or heading out for work or leisure. I'd happily return, and recommend it to anyone looking for an accessible, well connected hotel with good service.

The A11 airport bus stops just steps from the hotel, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby, which made getting around very convenient. I stayed from 9th-13th February and had a great time. Daniel Wong and the other staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help. The room was comfortable, clean, and well looked after. I'd definitely come back.

Wan Chai is the best part of the stay, with the hotel on a central street near the Ding Ding tram and MTR, and easy access to other parts of Hong Kong. We were there for 10 days and found the service good and the stay comfortable. The room was bright, everything worked, and it was cleaned daily with fresh towels each day. It was smaller than we expected, though, and wardrobe space was limited, something to consider for a longer visit. The blackout blind kept light out, but sheer curtains would have let daylight in while giving privacy from the building opposite.

We chose it for the price, cleanliness, and central location, and were happy with those. It's easy to walk to Wan Chai station and Central Station. The rooms are small but clean, with nice blackout blinds. Front desk staff were courteous, attentive, spoke English well, and clearly knew their work. They tried hard to help and made the four star experience feel a star better. The gym needs an upgrade, though. There are only a few pieces of equipment and they aren't maintained well.
