It's in a busy part of town, but surprisingly quiet inside, and the subway is close by. The residence was spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to stay for a few days. Staff were very friendly and helpful, which isn't easy to find in Hong Kong. I loved the place and would definitely come back on my next Hong Kong trip.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and worked hard to address our issue. The location is superb, just minutes from the MTR station. The room, though, was dated, and the cleanliness wasn't up to my standards.

For a small boutique place, I was surprised at how spacious the apartments were. It's a private apartment-style lodging. Once you find the entrance, go up one flight and there's an elevator. I also liked that they offer laundry and free international phones to borrow.

I've been staying at CHI 314 for about a year. The location is convenient, near Jordan Station and within walking distance of Tsim Sha Tsui. Hong Kong Island is two stations away, and getting to Lantau is easy if you transfer at Lai King station. The staff are kind-hearted too. Thank you, Mr. Ali.

The setup feels private, almost like having your own apartment in the middle of Hong Kong. Once you check in on the 2nd floor, you don't have to pass the front desk or office, and there aren't many guests around. It's also great value for a 4 star apartment residence: the MRT is only a 2 minute walk away, a convenience store is just across the street, the staff are nice, and cleanliness is consistently top-notch.
