A friend moved there A year ago and told me the rooms are small. She also said the view outside is awful, just a bunch of old buildings 😖

A friend lived there, and I lived across the street. The apartment was okay and not that smoll. I played tennis there and had fun. My friend's kids went to the school right next to their home, so accessibility was 4/5. The park was okay too, with just the right amount of green. It was prefect. Noise was okay.

There's a good Philatelic shop on 2/F, next to Cafe de carol.

The parking area is narrow, and most windows leak when it's windy. A lot of the outside walls have black marks too. It's a 45 years old mension, but full maintenance still hasn't been carried out up today. Those issues are easy to spot.

I was able to pack up the things I hadn't used and send them to the Philippines through USEND, one of the businesses here. It was easy to access there. The place itself is clean and spacious, so getting things done was hassle-free.
