The hotel is basic but comfortable, and its location makes it worth booking for what you can reach from there. The subway train is two doors away. The neighborhood has plenty of food, including many places open 24 hours, and the restaurant prices are very reasonable. There are so many restaurants that you'd need to live there for three months to try them all. Street vendors also offer lots of shopping options. The location is unbeatable, and I'll definitely book again.

Indians especially, I'd highly recommend not staying here. They don't treat you like a customer. I was charged extra for checking out just 25 minutes late, and the receptionist and service were both the worst. They don't even provide a single bottle of water, it's all chargeable.

I booked the wrong date by accident, 11 days ahead, then cancelled in under two minutes. My booking agent said a refund could be made if the hotel approved it. When I called, the manager was exceptionally rude and kept saying, "we are a business," while refusing the request. The hotel may be contractually within its rights, but keeping my payment after an honest mistake corrected immediately feels concerning. They can now sell the room again and effectively be paid twice. It seems they chose to profit from a customer's error instead of showing basic decency. Potential guests should consider this approach to customer service before booking.

The layout is low density, with only 3-4 rooms per floor, so there was less human-made noise and it felt more peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the location was great. On the downside, the air conditioner was a bit noisy, and there was no drinking water provided.
