We could really unwind at Silvermine Beach Resort. It felt peaceful and relaxing, a welcome break from the busy city, and the service made the stay comfortable. LV, if I have her name right, was especially accommodating. She smoothly helped us extend our Agoda booking, and it was hassle-free. We loved our time here and would put the resort at the top of our list for a quick getaway to rest and recharge.

The beach right in front of the resort was a big hit with our daughter, who could play in the sand whenever she wanted. She also loved the playground. We stayed in a Sea View room, and waking up beside the beach was beautiful. The king-size bed was comfortable and easily fit the three of us. The all-you-can-eat BBQ package was tasty and a fantastic deal. Breakfast was great too, with four set options. A relaxing beach escape that worked wonderfully for our family.

The views from my room were breathtaking, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel at home. Its location made it easy to reach local attractions while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. I had a fantastic stay at Silvermine Hotel and look forward to coming back.

We arrived on 8th April, then realized I’d mistakenly booked for the following week, the 15th. The staff were friendly and changed our reservation. A couple of days later I saw it was still active, so I cancelled directly through booking.com. Even so, it wasn’t cancelled and I was charged for two extra nights. I’ve messaged several times and haven’t had a response. I’d avoid this hotel. I appreciate the apology in their reply, but I want a refund for their mistake. This is completely unacceptable.

Great sea view from the room, and the resort has plenty of facilities. It’s also in a great spot near the beach.
