Comfort Guest House - Hostel

The room was so tiny there was barely space to move, and the bathroom made things worse. The toilet and shower share one cramped area, so everything gets wet when you shower. It felt uncomfortable and unhygienic. Getting to the guest house was a hassle too. The building was hard to find, and the pedestrian path to enter already felt uncomfortable. Then there was an extremely slow elevator that was almost always full, which made going up or down inconvenient, especially with luggage. The Agoda photos didn't match what we found. The place didn't live up to the expectations set by the pictures and description, and I wouldn't recommend it, even for a short visit. Hong Kong has much better options at a similar price.

The staff were kind, the room was very clean, and the shower had hot water. It's in an area with everything close by. Compared with other hotels in the same price range, this is easily the best. I really recommend it.

Breakfast each morning had a delicious range of options, and the service made me feel valued. The location was ideal, near major attractions but still peaceful enough to sleep well. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience and hospitality. I'll definitely return on my next trip. From check-in to check-out, the staff were welcoming and attentive, always smiling and ready with helpful recommendations. My room was spotless, spacious and well designed, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I needed to relax.

The queues for the elevators were so long, and the lifts were slow and crowded. There are two elevators in each block, and you have to wait for one to reach your room. The hotel is outside a bit like a horror movie. They probably have five blocks, with different hotel rooms in each listed on Agoda. Everything felt dirty and disgusting, and I got bitten by bedbugs. I know it's cheap, but don't risk your health here. No wonder they had Covid.
