I was frantically searching everywhere for my passport after misplacing it, and the staff helped me at midnight. They quickly checked the security camera footage from my check-in and worked out that I'd put it in my coat pocket, which I hadn't thought to check. I was stressed, and he went well beyond ordinary service to help find it. I'm so grateful. The staff showed a level of care and helpfulness I haven't seen at other hotels. I'll book here again on future trips to HK.

The hotel's location was the only good part of my stay. I wasn't told there would be renovations, and the noise forced me to ask for another room. The front desk officer was reluctant at first, and they only agreed after I asked several times. After moving, I got bed bites during my stay. One of my worst hotel experiences.

The room was small, but the breakfast was good, especially the juice. The shower had hot water, and the shampoo, conditioner, and other supplies were good. It was about a 15-minute walk to the exhibition, which worked well for me.

There was loud drilling in the room right next to ours for our entire stay, and no one had told us about the construction. The pool was closed too. When we first asked them to stop, they said they were rushing a project, then brought out two drills. Their only offer was free meals or a later checkout, even though meals were already included and we had a flight to catch on checkout day.

The location is very good, but the room had a heavy humid smell. The amenities in the room and the hotel's facilities were disappointing and nowhere near a four-star level.
