We couldn't unload safely when we arrived to check in. There was a spot for it, but the front desk man would have had to lift the gate bar, and he refused, repeatedly saying it was against company policy. He was surly and extremely unhelpful. Our Uber tried moving to the front of the building, but police told us to move. How can a serviced apartment not let guests unload their luggage safely? We won't stay here again. Thankfully, Happy Valley has other serviced apartments. I'd highly recommend Eton Residences, where there's plenty of room to unload and the staff are friendly, helpful, and always smiling.

Plenty of places to eat and supermarkets nearby. The staff are very friendly, and the decor is nice.

Leaking, helpless service, and bad manners.
