I spent two weeks here and really enjoyed the stay. Getting to the places I visited each day was quite a distance, but the restaurant was a highlight: the food was very good and it drew quite a lot of diners for a hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff, including the manager, were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping and laundry service were good too. The front desk staff knew the area really well. Most visitors ask about familiar or popular places, but I needed a stationery shop, and they knew where one was nearby and directed me there. Really great service.

The staff were accommodating with our requests, including KT, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was incredibly convenient, and it was a wonderful stay. Great value too. I’d definitely come back.

The view was amazing, and the service was the highlight of my stay. Desmond was very nice and even upgraded me. The hotel is also close to the metro, and its shuttle buses to the city centre and train station were really helpful.
