The staff were so kind and helpful. They even received my concert tickets and kept them for me, which I really appreciated. My room was clean and comfortable, the view was beautiful, and getting around from the location was easy. I had a great stay and would choose this hotel again.

This time we stayed for 10 days after having a good one-night stay here before. The room choice gives you no way to select whether you get a view; you book and hope. For the last two days, a very strong cigarette smell came into our room through the air conditioning. It was disgusting and unacceptable in the 21st century. The rooms have poor sound insulation, so we heard everything in the corridor. There was a wedding in a room next to ours on the 17th floor, and from 8h30 in the morning until lunchtime many people yelled, shouted and laughed in the corridor. I’ve never seen a wedding held in a hotel room rather than a restaurant or lobby. The managers knew about it and accepted 100 people walking, talking and yelling along the whole floor. Unbelievable, and completely disrespectful to hotel guests. I’d tell anyone looking for a normal standard hotel to avoid this one.

I’m giving this property five stars. We’ve been selling hotels and properties as a Hong Kong DMC called EMPIRE DMC for the last 10-15 years, and this is among the top 30 properties we prefer for Indian visitors staying in Hong Kong. So far, feedback from my travel agent clients has been positive too.

The location and view are the only advantages, and even the view is only for suite rooms. The rooms are very outdated, and they don’t provide basic things like drinking water, so you have to buy it, along with toiletries. Reception staff were good, but room service staff were the worst I’ve encountered, arrogant and disrespectful. There are better hotels in the same area for that price. I’ll never stay here again or recommend it.
