On the first night, we had a terrible experience. The receptionist gave us a small, dirty room on another floor, away from our company, and it wasn’t the room we had booked. Dust and mold were in the corners, the AC was dirty, and there were holes in the walls, some stuffed with tissue. The bathroom door was filthy, and the space inside was so cramped we had to shower sideways. The sink and toilet were so close together there wasn’t room for even one more step. The bookings clearly weren’t handled properly, and we had to endure that awful night. The second room was just okay and still didn’t have enough room for our luggage. At least it was cleaner, and ate Julie was helpful.

Finding this place was really difficult, and it took a long time to locate reception. The sign said the desk was in block D, in a huge complex with hundreds of guest houses. Getting to the top floor of block D took 10 minutes because there was only one elevator and a long queue. Once we finally found the reception, we saw a sign saying it was in block C. That’s crazy.

Please change the address. We hauled a lot of luggage up to the 15th floor of block D, only to find out we needed to go to the 13th floor of block C. It was very, very inconvenient.

It was a good place to stay when I visited three years ago. I’m not sure what it’s like now.

Cheap, that’s about it. At least the shower gets hot.
