The price was right, and we got a clean room with a spacious bathroom in a convenient location. We had a much better experience here than at a few other hotels in the same area, and would strongly recommend it to people visiting Hong Kong. The front desk service was great. David was friendly and very helpful, and Spencer was always pleasant and polite. Sister Wan, the cleaning lady, did an excellent job. Thanks as well to our friends from Toronto who referred us to Hotel One Eighteen. We'll definitely book again on our next Hong Kong visit. 😍👍👍

We really enjoyed the stay and will keep coming back. The reception team made everything pleasant and smooth, with special thanks to Angel, David, Nick, and everyone else who helped. Ada and Siu Hung, two of the housekeeping ladies, were especially efficient, caring, and attentive.

As a local who used to live in this area, I like how handy it is. You can walk to Causeway Bay, and there are lots of eateries that locals go to. It's also possible to avoid the bustle of busy Causeway Bay and Tsim sha Tsui. With limited rooms, the hotel has a quiet boutique feel. Reception kindly let me check in early and upgraded my room.

I've stayed here twice over the past few years. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a quiet location near the MTR, tram, and local buses. I'd definitely stay again.
