The room was great and staff were helpful, but the price is hefty for a hotel that shouldn't be rated four-star. Don't expect free toiletries, bottled water, or an iron, and they charge an extra cost per person. Check-out is at 11 a.m., while check-in is at 2:30 or later, unlike other branded hotels.

We stayed for five days with family and had a great time. The rooms and the rest of Hotel Pravo were clean, and the rooms were very comfortable. Everything was convenient, with mcdo, jollibee, convenience stores, train, and bus close by. The employees were nice and accommodating, and Janice and Jason helped us with a smooth check-in and check-out. We stayed here in 2023 too, and will book again next year.

The reception team were so caring when I lost my wallet and couldn't find it. They did everything they could to help, and thanks to them I eventually found it. Special thanks to Carmen, Kwystal, Gracelynn, Crystal, and Monique 😊❣️ For this price, getting such a roomy and comfortable space in Hong Kong was a pleasant surprise. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the location is great, close to Tsim Sha Tsui Station and convenient for reaching major tourist spots. The airport bus stop is nearby too, making the trip to the airport easy. Housekeeping was impeccable and staff exceptionally kind. Highly recommended!

We watched reviews on tiktok and I totally agree with them. The room is spacious and clean, and the lobby felt secure. Monique and the other front desk staff were warm and really helpful. We'll definitely be back to HOTEL PRAVO 🥰🥰🥰

It was clean and convenient, close to the train station, Money Exchange, and Mcdo and Jollibee. Janice and Jason deserve a shoutout for their excellent customer service. I'll come back soon! 🥳♥️
