It’s a cheap option that gives you privacy, and I’d seriously consider it again for another red eye to TST before moving to a nicer hotel like Butterfly on Prat, as I did this time. The location was great, it felt private and safe, and there was a free water dispenser, clear digital TV, and a lift. It was easy to find at 3 am after a delayed red eye. The red taxi, booked on HK Taxi app, cost around 240. They let us leave our bags after checking out a day after, so we could walk around for a few hours. The room was smaller than it looked in the picture. There was still some mold in the bathroom, especially on the shower curtain, and a bit of sewer smell. It went away after a shower in the tiny shower, where it’s hard to avoid touching the walls while naked. But it is what it is.

The room I got wasn’t particularly clean, and it looked different from the website photos. The rooms are tiny, and the shower is over the toilet, which wasn’t a fun experience. At the expensive holiday/NY period premium, that was especially disappointing. If you come off-peak and only care about location, it might be okay. I wouldn’t come back unless I had to.

The staff were welcoming and really helpful. They even lent us an umbrella for a few days while it was raining in HK. The room was a little small, as you'd expect in Hong Kong.

The location was pretty good, and the price felt fair for what we got. The room was small, but at least there was some space in it, which I couldn't say about my previous accommodation. The shower was big and the service was nice.
