We’re staying here in HK with my husband and son, and the apartment is comfortable enough for us. It’s close to shops, cafes and restaurants, and just a short walk from the MTR. Some parts of the apartment show wear and haven’t been properly updated or maintained, but that matters less to us than location. If your priorities are a relatively comfortable place, good water pressure, strong adjustable AC, good wifi, and access to different transport options, I’d recommend it.

I was really disappointed and won’t return. The hotel looked promising in the online photos, but the room was dirty, the furniture old, and I don’t think the sheets were changed. There was mold in the kettle and toilet, and my friend developed an allergic reaction while staying there. The slippers were inadequate, more like little cupboards than proper slippers. I argued with the front desk for half an hour. At first they said there were no other rooms, but eventually they agreed to move me. I wouldn’t book if the price is over 400hkd, as it isn’t worth it. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in in HK.

We had a spacious double room compared with other hotels, but the cleaning was terrible and the service wasn’t good. Bread crumbs were left on the floor for two days, and the neighbors’ doors were really loud. If the price difference isn’t much, choose Bishop Lei.

The area is close to the city and the hotel could be a budget-friendly, fairly clean place to stay. My check-in experience was bad, though: the receptionist was rude, talked down to me about the credit card deposit, and I hadn’t been told beforehand that a 500HKD deposit was required. I still haven’t received that 500HKD back despite contacting the hotel multiple times. She also kept my Hong Kong ID Card overnight, and I needed it during my stay. I only got it back after checking out. I’d recommend the hotel only if you’re willing to risk losing your money and dealing with impolite, unprofessional staff. 😊🙏🏽

Mia Casa Hotel has comfortable, spacious rooms, good views, and amenities, and it’s conveniently located near the MTR and several places to eat. Most guests seem to like the service and value. A few mention that the reception area is small and staff may have trouble understanding some accents. It seems like a solid Hong Kong option if comfort and convenience are what you’re after.
